Built in 1895 for Sir Hugh John Macdonald (former Premier of Manitoba), this beautifully restored home is one of Western Canada's finest examples of Queen Anne Revival Architecture and is a designated Provincial and National Historic Site. The new Visitors' Centre features a well-appointed gift shop, auditorium space for meetings and events and free parking.
The Museum is open Wednesday to Sunday year-round, hours noon-4 p.m.
Interpretive tours provided daily.
Group tours should be booked at least one week in advance.
