Neepawa

Where Stories Take A Beautiful Turn.

There’s more to this rural community than rolling hills and historical buildings. Stop in and get to know picturesque Neepawa through its home-grown beer scene, literary legends and surrounding nature.

Take a stroll through Manitoba’s prettiest town

Did you know one of Manitoba’s largest beer brands is based in Neepawa? Or that Canadian literary legend Margaret Laurence once resided in the town? These are just a few surprising discoveries to be made in the quaint town of Neepawa.

In between dining at local restaurants, hiking over 10 km of trails and practicing your swing at one of the province’s most scenic golf courses, also take time to wander through the historic streets to see a beautiful collection of heritage buildings and homes.

In July, take the short drive south of town to The Lily Nook, a 6-acre plot of land where 1500 varieties of lilies bloom each year. Or explore the HyLife Back Forty Multi-Use Trail Park, 40 acres of four-season recreation space on the edge of town with paths, trails, and outdoor spaces for all ages.
