The purpose of The Pas Arts Council is to increase and broaden the opportunities for citizens of The Pas and the surrounding areas to enjoy and participate in cultural activities. The Pas Arts Council operates as an “umbrella agency” and is responsible for the administrative, planning and promotional aspects of cultural projects and activities.

Membership in The Pas Arts Council shall be open to individualized groups involved in or interested in furthering the community’s access to creative, cultural or artistic activities.
