International Peace Garden

Located on the Canadian/American border near Boissevain, Manitoba/Dunseith, North Dakota, which is 24 km south of Boissevain, visitors are free to roam throughout the Garden and back and forth between countries. Even standing with one foot on each side of the border.

The Peace Garden is more than a garden and flowers. It is home to art, culture, education and recreation and most importantly a destination dedicated to peace.

Visitors to the garden can hike miles of trails, take a scenic drive, visit the Peace Chapel and see quotes from world leaders, reflect at the 9-11 Memorial, grab a cup of coffee in the cafe, visit the North American Game Warden Museum, grab a photo in front of the iconic floral clock, floral flags or from the terrace of the formal gardens.

The International Peace Garden has something for everyone. Spend a day, or spend a weekend. You can camp in our serviced campground with private wooded sites, rent one of our facilities for a family or corporate gathering, or just get together with friends. Either way...it's a place to make memories.

The gardens are open year-around with the exception of the week between Christmas & New Years. Admission to the park is $25/day per car or you may purchase a $40 annual membership for unlimited access.
