This time we’re celebrating Mexican style, the Métis Kitchen Party that goes to Mexico with a Mexican feast!

We love Mexico, the culture, climate, people, music and the food. So much so that we wanted to bring the vibe to Moon Gate for an evening filled with Mexican music, food, and dancing with a Metis twist…or jig.

-Two rabbit empanadas made fresh

-Refried beans, the way they should taste

-Two corn tacos with chorizo and our own chicken, served with lettuce, sour cream, cilantro, limes

-Mexican rice

-Pico de gallo, made fresh

-Salsa verde, made from tomatillos from our garden

-Guacamole, made fresh

-Nacho chips

-Tres leches cake with whip cream and fruit

-Mexican inspired mock-tails

-Coffee
