Guided by flames, seasonality, and wine, guests will move through a series of unique culinary stations, expertly paired wines presented by a sommelier, and the beauty of our natural surroundings. From the first welcome bite to the final ember, every course has been designed to celebrate summer, exceptional ingredients, and the experience of dining outdoors.

More than a dinner, Fire + Vine is an immersive culinary journey through the resort, where each destination reveals a new course, a thoughtfully paired wine and a new experience.
