Celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the Clear Lake Chamber Music Festival with BEYOND BOUNDARIES: FROM BACH TO RADIOHEAD, a captivating evening of live chamber music featuring internationally acclaimed pianist Daniel Tselyakov and Canadian cellist Ariel Carrabré.
The program travels across centuries and musical traditions, bringing together the timeless music of J. S. Bach and Ludwig van Beethoven with imaginative arrangements of Radiohead. Highlights include Beethoven’s magnificent Sonata for Cello and Piano in A Major, Op. 69, alongside music exploring the colour, lyricism, virtuosity, and expressive possibilities of piano and cello.
Daniel Tselyakov is an internationally active concert pianist, chamber musician, educator, and Co-Artistic Director of the Clear Lake Chamber Music Festival. He has performed throughout Canada, the United States, and Europe. Festival audiences may remember Daniel from last year, when he served as an adjudicator at the Festival and also appeared as a featured concert pianist.
Ariel Carrabré is a distinguished Canadian cellist originally from Manitoba and now based in Montréal. Daniel and Ariel share a long musical connection dating back to their youth in Manitoba.
