Haunted Forests, Walks and Mazes

Six Pines Haunted Attractions
Winnipeg

Looking for chills and thrills? Six Pines Haunted Attractions has been serving scares for over 25 years, and 2025 is no exception. By day, little ghouls and their families can tiptoe through the Family Ghoul Flashlight Haunt, a not-so-scary introduction to the spooky season. But when darkness falls, all bets are off. Enter if you dare into the Extreme Fear by Night experience, where horrors await in The Barn of Doom, the CarnEvil Haunted House: Pinky’s Blood Bath and the spine-tingling Terror Train: Evermore. Running select nights from October 3–31, 2025, tickets start at $50 but if you want to skip the line (and save your nerves), grab a VIP Fast Pass.

Haunted Forest
A Maze in Corn, St. Adolphe

Getting lost in a corn maze is a fall tradition, but at A Maze in Corn, the fun doesn’t stop when the sun goes down. That’s when the Haunted Forest comes alive, sending brave visitors down shadowy trails where every rustle could be something waiting for you. Pair it with a stop at the Pumpkin Barn for the perfect Halloween outing.

Anola

Prepare yourself for an unforgettably hair-raising Terror On 12 experience! It’s time to put your courage to the test with new and unexpected twists and freakishly frightening features as you attempt to make your way across the haunted estate for an interactive ghostly adventure.

Farmageddon
Deer Meadow Farms

If you thought a trip to the farm was all hayrides and cuddly critters, think again. When the sun sets, Farmageddon at Deer Meadow Farms unleashes its haunted hayride, forbidden forest and a sprawling corn maze that will have you questioning every shadow. Add in roaming characters, carnival vibes, and a crackling fire pit to warm your bones after the fright — plus food trucks and themed drinks to keep the courage flowing.

Heebie Jeebies
Winnipeg

Step inside Heebie Jeebies — if you dare — and wander through more than 20,000 square feet of pure terror. This scream-inducing playground is packed with multiple haunted houses, creepy midway games, photo ops, bonfires, food trucks (yes, even deep-fried cheese curds for the brave) and roaming ghouls that never miss a chance to make you jump. For 2025, expect new scares, new characters and plenty of nightmares waiting around every corner. Open select nights from October 2–31, 2025, tickets range from $30–$55 + GST with online booking recommended.

Fear Winnipeg: The Blacksite

If you’re ready for a heart-pounding Halloween, Winnipeg’s biggest haunted experience is waiting. Fear Blacksite takes over a massive warehouse space with a collection of indoor haunts, each more unsettling than the last. Step into a séance gone wrong, try to outrun the purge, or face your fears in a labyrinth of twisted corridors. With eight attractions under one roof, this is a night out designed for those who love a serious scare.

Secord Corn Maze
Dauphin

After Thanksgiving, the goblins and ghosts and demon clowns take over this winding corn maze! The young and faint-at-heart can enjoy the corn maze during the day while the brave can take their chances with the goblins and ghouls of the corn with After-Dark-Haunted-Maze-Tours!

Candlelight Concert

Be enchanted by the many musical pieces inspired by Halloween at Fort Garry Hotel Concert Hall under the gentle glow of candlelight.

Ghost Tours at Lower Fort Garry

History and haunting go hand in hand at Lower Fort Garry, where October brings evening ghost walks through the stone walls of the old fur trade post. Guided tours share the stories of eerie encounters, whispered legends, and the darker chapters of the fort’s past. The walk takes about 90 minutes and leads through uneven ground and dim spaces so it’s best for older kids and adults who don’t mind a chill or two. Bundle up, because the prairie nights in October can be just as sharp as the stories you’ll hear.

Mysterious museums

Ghost Investigation
Fort la Reine Museum, Portage la Prairie

Do ghosts exist? Find out at Fort la Reine Museum in Portage la Prairie. Join into an investigative experience with special tours led by Winnipeg Paranormal and Canadian Paranormal Expeditions.

Victorian Mansion Explorations
Dalnavert Museum, Winnipeg

Step into the past and maybe brush up against the paranormal at Dalnavert Museum this Halloween season. In 2025, the Victorian mansion hosts Death at Dalnavert (Oct 2, 9 & 10), exploring funeral customs, superstition, and spiritualism. Families can enjoy the free Spooky Second Saturday on Oct 11, while thrill-seekers can take part in Secrets & Spectres: A Dalnavert Mystery Adventure, a candlelit puzzle game set inside the mansion.

Halloween Haunt
Marine Museum of Manitoba, Selkirk

It’s terror on the high seas 30 minutes north of Winnipeg, where the Halloween Haunt gives you a chance to explore the decks of a bona fide ghost ship. The M.S. Lady Canadian is recommended for those who spook easily, while the S.S. Keenora boasts ghoulish beasties around every corner (it looks horrifically frightening). Stay tuned for 2025 dates!
