At the end of a long travel day, sometimes all you want to do is grab a bite to eat without having to venture too far.

If you put high value on convenience and food while travelling, consider these hotels that have restaurants on site or in close proximity.

1 - Inn at the Forks

Location, location, location! The Inn at the Forks might just be one of the best places to stay in Winnipeg, located close to a number of attractions including the Canadian Museum for Human Rights, the neighbourhoods of St. Boniface and downtown, plus The Forks itself. You'll also never go hungry here, with options like The Forks Market nearby and the onsite restaurant, SMITH.

Led by Executive Chef Quin Cook, SMITH is a design-forward restaurant with an amazing breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner menu. Do yourself a favour and be sure to order the pounded cheese!
