Crystal City Community Printing Museum

Crystal City
The Crystal City Community Printing Museum houses western Canada's largest collection of century-old printing machinery still in perfect operating condition. Printing of the local paper began in 1881 in this very building on the rare reciprocating-cylinder flatbed press. The building also housed a small job printing business using letter press machinery. The print shop is a designated provincial heritage site marked with a Manitoba Heritage Council plaque. Open year-round by appointment. Working tour, so please call ahead. Small Admission charge. All donations gratefully accepted. Location: 218 Broadway Street South.
