For the rollercoaster enthusiasts who think the more loops the better, for those who scream along to every beat on the Polar Express and for those who know all the tricks to winning carnival games...these are the fairs you need to get to this summer in Manitoba.
Niverville
1. Niverville Fair
June 6 to 7, 2025
The beloved Niverville Fair is getting ready for yet another exhilarating kickoff to summer. This year, fairgoers can look forward to electrifying performances from JUNO winning artist Jess Moskaluke, who will be bringing her big voice and country pop rhythms to the stage, alongside Doc Walker, Michelle Wright, and Jason McCoy.
And, no fair is complete without bright lights, fun food vendors and the thrills of heart-pounding midway rides.

2. Red River Ex
June 13 to 22, 2025
This summer, the Red River Ex returns with a spectacular array of entertainment and attractions, which of course includes an impressive lineup of shows, concerts (to be announced) and all your favourite fair food.
Marvel at circus performers, magic and comedy shows that promise to delight audiences of all ages. This year, there are a number of cultural celebrations to join into, so plan to go to the fair for the Caribbean Day Festivities (June 14), Indigenous Day Festivities (June 21) or the Filipino Day Festivities (June 22). Scream your lungs out on rides like the Mach 3, Mega Drop, Ring of Fire and the Star Dancer. For those who like to take things a little slow, try the Ferris Wheel, Double-Decker Carousel and the big splash at Niagara Falls.
The Red River Ex offers a feast for the senses with everything from traditional picks like fluffy cotton candy and buttery popcorn to gourmet food trucks serving up giant mozzarella sticks, Mexican street corn, pickle fries, waffle burgers and more! Go for the rides, stay for the food.

3. Morden Corn & Apple Festival

The Morden Corn & Apple Festival is a Manitoba summer tradition that celebrates the bountiful harvests of the region with a weekend full of fun and feasting. As the name suggests, attendees can enjoy free, fresh, locally grown corn and crisp apple cider.
The streets of Morden come alive with lively music performances, art and craft exhibitions, carnival rides and a variety of vendors showcasing homemade goods and delicious treats.
