Sipiweske Museum

Wawanesa
Sipiweske Museum is on the site of the 1901 Wawanesa Mutual Insurance building which is both a municipal and provincial historic site. The collection includes memorabilia from the pioneers, the Wawanesa Mutual Insurance Company, the Criddle/Vane family and Nellie McClung. The St. John the Divine Anglican Church (built at the town of Rounthwaite in 1882) is a designated provincial heritage building and is located on-site.
Open July and August 12 p.m. - 5 p.m. By appointment rest of year.
Admission charged: $2 per adult and $0.50 per child 12 and under.
