Permanent Full Time or Part Time Travel Counsellor – Emerson, Manitoba

We are looking to fill either a permanent full time or part time position at our Emerson Visitor Information Centre located on Highway 75 at the Canada/U.S. border.

The Travel Counsellor is the first point of contact to Visitor Information Centre visitors and locals. Through the delivery of exemplary visitor and customer services, this position welcomes and assists visitors and locals sharing knowledge and information related to Manitoba products and services, attractions, events, activities, etc. This position provides travel counselling and trip planning assistance in person, by phone and/or online, based on visitor needs and interests. The incumbent works collaboratively with other Travel Counsellors.
