Travel Manitoba is seeking a highly energetic Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer (COO) in the planning and execution of a variety of Travel Manitoba requirements and services. This position keeps both the President & CEO and EVP & COO abreast of ongoing or arising situations within the Corporation, and must understand priorities as defined by the President & CEO and EVP & COO.
The Assistant, Finance & Operations provides day to day administrative support to the Finance & Operations division in the planning and execution of a variety of division programs and services. This position also provides support to other areas of Travel Manitoba as required. The incumbent maintains constant communication with the Director to ensure the division’s objectives are met, as well as keeps the Director abreast of ongoing or arising situations within the division.
The Senior Policy and Program Coordinator, will support the analysis and evaluation of programs, policies, procedures and organizational systems. You will work directly with department managers and their teams to support the delivery of Travel Manitoba’s business plan and the Provincial Tourism Strategy for Manitoba. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Development, the Senior Policy and Program Coordinator will also lead assigned strategic initiatives.
Travel Manitoba is seeking a forward-thinking, digital marketing professional to join its award-winning team and be Travel Manitoba’s Vice President, Marketing.
Reporting directly to the Executive VP & COO and indirectly to the President and CEO, the new Vice President, Marketing, will lead and mentor the marketing division in the delivery of high quality, brand-focused content and advertising. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a Crown corporation whose role is to provide leadership by collaborating with tourism businesses, communities, destination marketing organizations and governments to realize the full potential for tourism in Manitoba. Areas of responsibility will include advertising, content marketing, digital marketing, sales and market development, and niche marketing (e.g. fishing / hunting). As a key member of the Executive Management Committee, the VP Marketing will be accountable for the development and execution of the annual marketing plan and will provide strategic input into the future direction of the corporation.
