Join a Park Interpreter for this special event on the most misunderstood animal in the Whiteshell.
We’ll begin at the Big Whiteshell Campground Amphitheatre to discover the unique grey (timber) wolf and learn how to howl. Then, we'll travel to the Lone Island Lake picnic area to howl and listen for the wolves' haunting calls.
Please note that you are responsible for transportation to and from the amphitheatre and the howling location.
Interpretive events are free for everyone to attend! Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. For more information, please call the Park Interpreter’s office at 204-369-3157 or email ParkInterpretation@gov.mb.ca.
