Details

St. Claude will be celebrating the French National Holiday (July 14) again this year. St. Claude has celebrated this event continuously since 1896 (we believe this is the only community in Canada to do this). This year, the celebrations will be more elaborate as it's Canada's 150th anniversary, but it is also St. Claude's 125th anniversary.

Apart from the usual mass at the R.C. Church (11:00 AM) and ceremony at the Cenotaph (noon), there will be a number of additional events at Mile 60 Park during the afternoon. To name a few, there will be a BBQ, a petting zoo, a French boules/pétanque tournament, a Vehicle Show & Shine (in collaboration with Cruisin' the PLAP) and the Manitoba Dairy Museum will hold an Open Day.
