We have and enforce a zero-tolerance policy on hate speech and users who post hateful speech will be banned from our page.

Our accounts are monitored for comments and messages from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, and Saturday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. We aim to respond to messages within 2 business days.
