Back by popular demand are southern favourites like Louisiana crab cakes, deep fried pickle spears, gumbo, sweet potato fries, and more. The Mardi Gras Sampler Platter gives you a taste of all the menu favourites with two delicious dips. EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED
You never know what you’re going to see at Winnipeg Mardi Gras – aerial acrobatics, stilt walkers, showgirls, drag queens, and other characters. Come in your own costume, or buy accessories onsite, and join the Mardi Gras Parade! Visit the vendors on Bourbon Street where you’ll find hats, beads, boas, jewelry, novelty items, card readers, body painters, tattoo artists, and more.
