Yurts | Where To Stay

Glamp in style at our national and provincial parks.

Yurt Life is for the people who can do it all, but just don’t want to do it all this weekend.

Equipped with skylights, solar lighting, heaters and lanterns, yurts are eight-sided shelters created by stretching canvas over a wood frame, with windows, a wood floor and a lockable door opening onto a porch or patio. In other words, when looking for a place to stay, yurts put you in the middle of some of Manitoba’s best parks and campgrounds, with the convenience of many modern amenities. You'll find yurts at Riding Mountain National Park and at eight provincial park campgrounds, most of which offer wheelchair-accessible options. Yurt Life is for the parent who wants to camp with their family, but still needs a break. Yurt Life is for the people who can do it all, but just don’t want to do it all this weekend. Yurt Life is for everyone, really.
