Savour some sweet maple syrup and get a taste of the cuisine, music and traditions of our French Canadian heritage at the Sugaring Off Festival (Cabane à Sucre)! Since the 19th century, St-Pierre-Jolys has been producing Manitoba maple syrup.
The festival features historical interpretations, maple syrup production, the soldiers of New France circa 1740, traditional French-Canadian food, craftsmanship interpretation, live entertainment, a fiddling competition, and horse drawn rides.
