Lower Fort Garry

Open daily | Lower Fort Garry National Historic Site of Canada Step back in time to the 19th century fur trade at the oldest stone fur trading post still intact in North America at Lower Fort Garry. Costumed interpreters will take you back to the mid-1800s as they re-enact events of the early days of this Hudson’s Bay Company post.

Caddy Lake tunnels

Open daily | Caddy Lake, Whiteshell Provincial Park Create a summer day-to-remember by paddling through the famous rock tunnels at Caddy Lake! These railway-blasted rock caves make for an interesting canoe route in the Whiteshell. It is not uncommon to see deer, fox or eagles during your trip.

Trout Festival

Jun 27 to Jul 1 | Flin Flon Fish your way up to Flin Flon to help celebrate their 80th anniversary at the Trout Festival! There will be a fishing derby, fish fry, family dance, battle of the bands, canoe races, amusement rides, Canada Day celebrations, duck races and so much more.

Jun 30 | Prairie Dog Central, Inkster Junction Station All aboard! Travel back in time to experience a Great Train Robbery – Cowboys 'n' Gals on the Prairie Dog Central! Get your tickets to ride the rails and enjoy a fun re-enactment of an old-fashioned train robbery, where bandits on horseback storm the train along the line.

Fossil Dig Adventure Tour
