Occupy Winter is a weekend of Canadian participaction and enjoyment of our national parks in the winter months. In conjunction with World Snow Day, you're invited to plan a day outing or more to walk, hike, snowshoe, build a quinzhee, ski, or take part in a celebration of winter in Riding Mountain National Park.

Enjoy quinzee building, snowshoe hike, wilderness ski, free hot chocolate, heated shelter.

| Wasagaming picnic shelter (behind Park Visitor Centre) 7 p.m.
Enjoy a potluck supper, the release of a new song, Occupy Winter,
by Kayla Luky and a night snowshoe and night sky viewing to celebrate the dark skies of Canada.
