Nov 2 to 4 | Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra, Centennial Concert Hall Watch the dazzling and hilarious Igudesman and Joo perform Big Nightmare Music with the WSO. These two clas­si­cal musicians have taken the world by storm with their unique and fun the­atri­cal shows of classical music mixed with pop­ cul­ture. Find tickets through WSO or check out this "buy one, get one free" ticket deal. After the show, maybe stroll over to Lombard Ave. to enjoy a cocktail or glass of wine at Hy's.

Premiere of Warpaths documentary

Nov 2 | Evans Theatre, Brandon The new documentary, Warpaths: Every Town Had Soldiers premieres at Evans Theatre and features the stories of three men from Western Manitoba who fought for Canada during the First World War. The event begins at 7 p.m. with a champagne reception – the screen­ing of the doc­u­men­tary and a Q&A with the filmmakers will follow.

Bomber game

Nov 3 | Canad Inns Stadium Well, the Winnipeg Blue Bombers didn't have a particularly great year, but this weekend is your last chance to cheer on the Blue in their final home game at Canad Inns Stadium before moving to the new digs. They play the Montreal Alouettes at 2 p.m. Find your tickets through Ticketmaster.

Our Town plays in Winkler

Nov 1 to 4 | P.W. Enns Centennial Concert Hall, Winkler Head out to Winkler to catch Our Towna Pulitzer Prize winning drama about a family in turn of the century America, presented by Flatlands Theatre Company. Tickets available at the door before each show or online.
