I HeART Winnipeg: A Prairie Hotbed of Arts & Culture

Travel Manitoba and Tourism Winnipeg invite qualified media to apply for an upcoming group media trip to Winnipeg September 27-30, 2012. 

Celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Winnipeg Art Gallery during Nuit Blanche, an arts extravaganza. This event also kicks off ‘Winnipeg Now’, an exhibit of 13 Manitoba voices in contemporary art that have achieved international note.

We’ll tour you through our hippest ‘hoods and go behind the scenes at the city’s top galleries and performing arts venues, while taking in our gorgeous architecture and diverse culinary scene.

All transportation, accommodations, activities and meals provided.

Interested media must be on assignment or have strong commission potential for this story. All activities will be pre-determined and scheduled for the group. Media wanting customized, individual itineraries should request a separate media trip.
