For more than two years the Winnipeg Pass has been bundling offers from a variety of partners and now the pass is expanding to encompass all of Manitoba.

“We have a growing list of exceptional partners, industry support, and delighted customers,” said Enver Naidoo, the entrepreneur behind the Winnipeg and Manitoba Pass. “As our tourism industry consists of both non-profit, and small and large private organizations, the Pass program is a unique transparent vehicle to bring all of these organizations together to drive new market share that everyone can benefit from.”

The Manitoba Pass will launch this May, and is still looking to add partners, including museums, festivals, attractions, accommodations, heritage sites, theatres, nature, and leisure activities. The Manitoba Pass will include two nights’ accommodation plus activities in the surrounding area.

“By having customers stay longer in the area, there will be a broader economic impact on the community,” said Enver.

Participating in the pass is free and easy for partners.

  1. Contact the Manitoba Pass team to discuss the offer you want to include in the pass
  2. They package your existing incentives into a bilingual pass and take care of all marketing collateral
  3. They reconcile with you based on each pass redeemed

Consumers get a great rate on tourism activities and experiences and are likely to stay longer and spend more. Partners benefit from new customers and an exciting marketing opportunity at no cost.

“To build value and to keep the overall price of the Pass as affordable as possible for the customer, we do look for some type of incentive rate from our partners, such as a group rate,” Enver explained. These rates are not advertised or disclosed to the public.

Passes are available for purchase online, as well as at the Travel Manitoba Visitor Information Centre at The Forks starting in May.
