Travel Manitoba Organizational Chart

Planning and Market Development

This division prepares product and market development plans for priority experiential clusters by working in collaboration with other agencies, governments and the tourism industry. These plans outline objectives and priorities for industry investment in marketing tourism in Manitoba. Key program areas include market intelligence, corporate business planning, consumer and travel trade business development and e-marketing.

Advertising and Communications

This division supports the overall brand development and awareness marketing of Manitoba with professional expertise in media and public relations, advertising, publications, web-marketing and corporate communications.

Corporate Services

This division supports financial administration as well as delivering human resource services by providing financial reporting, payroll and benefit services, staffing services and general office support and administration.

Industry Development

This division plans and delivers initiatives designed to enhance the tourism industry's ability to meet the demands and expectations of visitors with quality services and products. The division also delivers the Visitor Services function providing call centre services, inquiry fulfillment and management of six visitor information centres.
