The province�s fastest growing city and largest center in the Pembina Valley, Winkler�s roots are agriculture. It has become the shopping and industrial centre of Southern Manitoba, home of Triple E Trailers and other large manufacturing plants and foundries. The Winkler Harvest Festival and Exhibition is held the second full weekend in August.
