Government House
Government House is the official private residence of the Lieutenant-Governor of Manitoba. It was built in 1883 by the Dominion Government and transferred to Manitoba's jurisdiction in 1885 symbolizing the completion of Manitoba's parliamentary political structure. Location: Adjacent to the Manitoba Legislative Building on Kennedy Street.
